The project: one.com needed help with aligning its 20-year history, its team of 450+ across 5 countries, and the writing they do on a daily basis with a new, company-wide Voice and Tone.
Our contribution: Over the course of 5 weeks, we dove deep into one.com’s history, market, and team dynamics to develop comprehensive verbal branding for the company, including: brand values, brand persona and personality, voice, tone, and style guides. We then rolled out the new guidelines in a series of workshop to ensure company-wide buy-in.
